An opportunity has arisen with my client, a high profile global organisation, for a Technical Solutions Architect. This role will require you to be responsible for the overall technical success of architectural engagements. Your background will show proven capability in leading people in the translation of business requirements into process designs, the ability to identify and design solutions for clients and the ability to understand business needs and think outside the square to create and evaluate effective solutions. You will have significant experience across multiple platforms, processes and architectures and ideally have awareness of relevant methodologies Your ability to recognise, comprehend and articulate complex situations will be complemented but your appreciation for quality and timeliness. Ideally you will have exposure to project management and enjoy working in a diverse and varied environment with multiple stakeholders. Technically, you will have expertise in one of the following areas: - Web and Cross Platform Services
- Security infrastructure
- Network services – infrastructure
- Distributed computing
- Midrange (AIX and Linux) / Mainframe infrastructure
