This position is responsible for acquiring new Cardmembers through partnership marketing opportunities. Key responsibilities include executing campaigns according to the marketing plan and managing marketing activity in conjunction with key stakeholders. The marketing plan is a multi-product and multi-channel approach using a combination of partner and traditional media, with a focus on Direct Mail. The focus will be on campaign execution, ensuring the marketing material delivers on the campaign proposition appealing to the targeted segments. Key to the role will be ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with a background in direct marketing. They will enjoy working in a fast paced and results driven customer acquisition team and be a committed team player. Qualifications/ Experience: - Minimum 1-3 years experience in direct marketing.
- University qualifications in business and preferably marketing.
- Experience in direct marketing and business or business marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and thorough understanding of the end to end campaign management process.
- Understanding of American Express card products, services and benefits and/or understanding of the Financial Services Industry would be an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Access skills preferable.
- Personal drive and passion for direct marketing
